THE SHAPER

The Shaper OJE is used to  to take perfect measurements of the size 54 to 64 cm.
 
This Conformator is used with the Formillon OJE.
 
Each person at  has a unique head size and shape, which is why this tool is essential for making custom parts.
 
Tips for use :
 
- 1 -   Position the elastic band provided on your client's head circumference which will allow you to compensate for the difference between the measurement of the head circumference and the trim strip that you will sew into your hat.
 
-2- When taking the measurement, loosen  the tightening butterflies in order to be able to insert your client's head.  Once the impression has been made, retighten the clamping screws using the wrench provided. You now have your first measurement.
 
- 2 - Once you have taken your measurement with the shaper, you can use the Formillon tool and insert it inside the measurement socket. Report your measurement on the Formillion which will form the perfect size in your hat.
